If you are dissatisfied with a service you purchased from “Moore Sleep Consulting LLC”, you may qualify for a partial refund if you meet the following criteria:
- All refund requests must be received within 14 days (or two weeks) of the original purchase date. Refunds requested after this date will not be considered or processed.
- All partial refunds will be refunded to the original payment source.
- The full credit card fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Consulting services are non transferable
- No refund will be issued for any sleep package once the consultant begins and sends over the sleep plan to the client.
- Consulting services where a sleep plan has not yet been created can be valid for 90 days after purchase.
- Unused consulting services such as follow - up emails, phone calls, texts, etc. may not be refunded and will automatically be forfeited within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Appointments may be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment date. The new appointment must occur within two weeks of the set original appointment date. Appointments will only be rescheduled once during your package purchase. Any cancellations, reschedules or no-shows less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- The Standard Two Week Support Plan or the Comprehensive Works (One Month) Package may be paused and resumed within 14 days of the initial consult call for cases of illness, unexpected travel, natural disasters, etc. Should you make a request to extend the pause, your package will automatically be forfeited.
- The Basic Newborn Package will not be refunded
- The Newborn, Baby or Toddler guides will not be refunded.
